✨ Manufacturing Defects

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you.

A manufacturing defect may include:

• Structural issues that affect how the piece functions
• Breakage upon arrival (not caused by misuse)
• Incorrect assembly or faulty components

If you believe your item has a defect:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Email: [your email here]
• Include:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

🔁 Resolution Options

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

• Send a replacement item, or
• Offer a shop credit if a replacement is unavailable

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

Due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade production:

• Minor variations in color or texture are normal and not considered defects
• Items damaged due to improper use, installation, or wear and tear are not eligible
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection
